Job Details
Description
*Maintenance of A/P files and vendor records
* Review and code to appropriate general ledger account.
*Reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies.
* Responsible for issuing check payments to Vendors.
* Maintenance of A/R files and customer records.
* Review cash receipts for accuracy
* Posting of all credit account payments received
* Preparation and processing of daily bank deposit
* Able to process month end A/P and A/R reconciliation.
*Experience in reviewing timesheets and processing payroll
*Understand full cycle of payroll
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
*AA Degree in Accounting/Finance. BA degree preferable
*2-4 years hands-on full accounting experience. Both AP & AR
* Solid understanding of GAAP and standard operation procedures.
* Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
*Bilingual in English/Chines is a plus
*Able to work in a fast pace environment.
*Able to read and write mandarin is a plus.
* Great Plains experience is a significant plus.
